The AGM was postponed from its usual time in April, which was the peak of the lockdown in Queensland. By the time the meeting was conducted it would have been possible to have a physical meeting with up to twenty present which would have satisfied the quorum requirements. The logistics of providing streamed access to a physical meeting was considered to be a little difficult, so we opted for a Zoom meeting. Unfortunately by the time we thought of taking a screen shot some of the members had already gone offline.
